Ingredients:
- Frozen Bananas (Sliced) 500g (More ripe the banana the better the taste and sweetness)
- Cocoa Powder 50g
- Yogurt (Plain unsweetened / Greek yogurt) 100g
- Honey 4Tbsp
- Vanilla extract 1Tbsp
Directions (Serves 4) :
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blitz it for about 5 minutes until you get a smooth mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for about 6 hours or overnight.
